LOCAL

The package will arrive at your door via FAN Courier and you will be contacted by the courier beforehand.

 

Local shipping is FREE.

The estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days, except the national holidays.

If you want to pick up your package from Bucharest, let us know in an e-mail or DM.

INTERNATIONAL

 

The package will arrive at your door via DHL and you will be noticed by the courier beforehand.

 

The cost of international shipping is 15 EUR. Free for orders over 100 EURO.

 

The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Contact us via e-mail at hello@thesacosh.shop and we're taking care of it.

We know that online shopping has its risks and that you're a busy bee.
That's why we offer you 40 days to return or exchange your sacosh and make it FREE of charge if you live in Romania. Easy. A courier will come and pick it up from your place. 

We will give you a full refund on your bank account, Revolut or PayPal. 

If your order was placed from outside of Romania, you will have to cover the cost of the return. 

Worn and used items that do not present fabrication faults can not be returned.
